A bit about myself. My name is Mike Gill and I lead the geophysics team at Avon Valley Archaeological Society (AVAS). Over the last 10 years, we have surveyed numerous long barrows with excellent results. I am currently a Visiting Fellow in the Archaeology Department at Bournemouth University, and I also work full time as a GIS specialist for Ordnance Survey.
